How does the recruitment process work?
Our standard recruitment process involves reviewing your resume
(in addition to other materials pertinent to your desired position
such as Portfolio or Test Code), then performing an initial interview
related to your suitability within IGG’s corporate culture.
Depending on that interview as well as the role you are applying for
you may be invited on-site for a technical interview. After the technical
interview concludes, if it’s determined that you’re a good
fit for our position we’ll begin discussing how to get you set up in IGG.

What should I include in my application?
Please include your resume, contact details, and other
materials relevant to the position such as a sample of your
previous work. Please do not bring or send anything to IGG
that is proprietary to a third party and/or has not been
made publicly available (including code, artwork, ideas etc),
is in beta, is a trade secret or is otherwise commercially-sensitive
information of another company (we don’t want to get sued).

Will my information be kept confidential?
Completely. We follow all the rules when it comes to
dealing with personal details and sensitive data,
and train all our recruiters and hiring managers
appropriately. Our promise to you is that nothing you
send us will be seen by anyone who shouldn’t be seeing it.

What opportunities are there for students?
From time to time we offer Junior positions for interns.
It never hurts to ask!

Do I need to be fluent in English?
It depends on the locations and the requirement.
While the majority of our company speaks English,
it is not always a hard requirement for a given position.

Do you accept international applications?
Of course. There are people from over 30 countries at IGG.
If you need advice on relocation, all you need to do is speak
to one of our magical recruiters, they’ll be more than happy to assist you.

We try to speak to everyone, but due to the number of
applications we receive, unfortunately that’s not always possible.
