Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily game operations, including data collection and analysis.
- Handle customer service issues for players, promptly identifying, reporting, and seeking solutions for game bugs.
- Develop a deep understanding of our games, then follow up and propose enhancements to improve game success and player satisfaction.
- Maintain and follow up with game video/image creators regularly.
- Assist in maintaining daily social media platforms for the game, such as Facebook and Instagram.

Requirements:

- Preferably specialized in languages, marketing, economy, or some people center bachelor’s degree. Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience are highly preferred.
- Passionate about the gaming industry, with extensive experience in SLG games preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, innovative mindset, learning ability, and team spirit.
- Good logical thinking abilities, excellent listening and speaking skills in Spanish and intermediate level of English.
- Previous work, study, or life experience abroad is highly preferred.
